A modern-day letterpress interpretation of Galileo Galilei’s observation of the Pleiades star cluster, which he printed in his astronomical pamphlet Sidereus Nuncius. Typeset using lead stars and letters and printed on a vintage Vandercook press in Boston, Massachusetts.
10″ x 8″. Available in 250gsm Magnani Pescia Bright White or 80gsm Strathmore Laid. Initialled and dated on the back in pencil.
